My story:

I founded Browncow Opportunities because I wanted to make a difference.

I became involved with stress management and helping people excell in life after I had to help several families come to terms with family members who had died through stress related problems.

I had also suffered through stress myself and know first hand just how crippling it can be.

In a previous job I had to stand up and present regulalry in front of others and whilst I can put together a pretty good presentation nerves always got bad beforehand and would leave me upset with not doing my best. Learning to manage these stressful situations can be liberating for people and businesses alike.

However I believe some pressures are important for success. You can't have success without pressures. So I help people apply pressure in the right way that motivates rather than the wrong way that creates stress.
