Human Resources Documentation
We know as an employer, not only do you need to ensure that you comply with current employment law legislation and requirements but also manage your most valuable asset without hindering your business. This means having documents in place such as Terms & Conditions of Employment and Company Handbooks so that both the Employer and the Employee know what each others expectations are.

HR Health Check
As part of our initial consultation with each client, we complete an HR Health Check, which reviews how effective the Human Resources practices and policies are within the clients business and also how they add value to the business.
Once the Health Check is completed, a report is produced with recommendations to give the client a clear insight into where their strengths and weaknesses lie as a business in terms of Human Resources and which areas of the business need any improvement to meet best practice guidelines.

In addition to the services, People Partnership are able to carry out a range of sensitive investigations for you which act as a support to internal company procedures such as Grievance, Disciplinary, Performance, Bullying and Harassment.
Psychometric Testing
People Partnership can assist clients with recruitment and career development needs by using a psychometric testing package. The package also has an integrity test used to detect a potential untrustworthy candidate. This test alone has proven to be very successful.
